A board of trustees governs Community Foundation Network (CFN),
drawn mainly from staff and trustees of individual member community foundations.
Management is through a number of committees of the board as well
as advisory sub-committees and working groups. They are
served
by
a
dedicated
group of staff,
each with specialist knowledge of the community foundation movement,
based at CFN's London office.
