www.tcfn.efc.be Transatlantic Community Foundation Network (TCFN)
TCFN was created in 1999 to promote the development of community foundations on both sides of the Atlantic, and particularly in parts of Europe and North America where the community foundation concept was just beginning to take root. It is a learning community comprised of about 50 community foundations and support organisations from around 12 countries. TCFN produces free resources for emerging and developing community foundations, available on its website.
