Charity Commission endorses high-flying standards in CFN partnership
01 January 2007
After a successful consultation with members and key stakeholders, CFN has launched its Quality Accreditation prgramme to endorse and encourage best practice in the network. The Quality Accreditation process is based on a set of standards that have been developed by members for members. Quality Accreditation is an investment by CFN to ensure community foundations are healthy, strong and sustainable, and to provide this assurance to prospective donors. At the heart of Quality Accreditation are 20 standards spanning seven performance areas for a community foundation, plus a corporate assessment. The first awards will be made at the CFN network conference in September 2007.
